My Norfolk retreat offers a blend of yoga practices; from gentle morning movement, energetic Vinyasa flows, handstand workshops and other activities, including soundbaths and evening meditation.


Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will have the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, relax, learn new techniques, and build flexibility, strength and confidence in a fun and friendly environment surrounded by like-minded people.


This beautiful house is set in a small village with plenty of beautiful woodlands and countryside walks right on its doorstep; surrounded by 1.5 acres of nature-filled gardens, it is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature.

The stunning retreat venue offers a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, ensuring that you have a restful and rejuvenating stay; the calming sanctuary features a fully equipped yoga and mediation studio, ‘Zen Den’ snug, waterside fire-pit, and Swedish hot tub. 

Every aspect of the house has been thoughtfully curated with wellbeing in mind and provides plenty of opportunities to sneak off for a breather. Enjoy a long warm soak in the bath, curl up in front of the log fire listening to records, or sway in a hammock while reading a book; we even have electric bikes to explore the local area. Plus there's free parking right outside the house.

Toasted coconut & cacao granola – Greek yogurt/coconut yogurt Seasonal fruit compote – Summer fruit salad Sourdough and organic rye breads with nut butters, jam and honey Smashed avocado with lime and coriander.

Organic tomato and basil salad Local soft-boiled eggs with onion seeds and cracked pepper Fresh apple and orange juice Herbal tea and coffee with various milks.


Miso roasted salmon and aubergine, brown rice, mango and pineapple minty salsa, edamame, seaweed, pickled red onion, leafy greens and sesame seeds with a sriracha mayo and pickled ginger.


Roasted fennel and butter bean stew with beetroot, rosemary and thyme, served with quinoa and fresh parsley and crushed hazelnuts.
