Autumn Equinox - A Day retreat

Step out of your routine and into a full day designed to bring you back into your body.

This is a space to move, pause, explore, and completely reset.

What to expect

We begin the day gently, giving you time to arrive and settle in before moving into a strong practice to build heat and connection.

From there, the day opens up, you'll move through a mix of practice, creativity, and stillness, with space in between to rest, connect, or simply be.

In the afternoon, you’ll have the option to explore inversions in a supportive workshop, or take that time for yourself.
