Crystal Sound Bath | Norwich
75 minutes of immersive sound and rest
The session begins with a short breathing practice, and guided mediation to help you arrive and anchor your attention. You will then lie back comfortably as layers of crystal bowl tones create an immersive sound experience designed to support deep relaxation.
Some remain aware throughout the session, while others drift into a dream-like state or fall asleep. All experiences are completely natural.
No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is needed, many people attend alone.
