Enjoy a free hour of movement and sound as a big thank you for staying with your membership over Christmas while the studio took a break.
January can feel heavy, so this class is designed to gently shift the body and ease the mind. Expect slow movement, grounding breath, and a soothing sound practice to help you settle into the new year with more ease.
