About the event
To all my members on Bronze, Silver or Gold - whether you've been with me for years, months, or weeks, I want to express my sincere appreciation for all of your support. As a token of gratitude, I'm offering this event completely free for you.
Join me on Sunday 14th January 19:00 to 20:50 for a 90-minute session filled with a perfect blend of light exercises, deep stretches, and 20 minute soothing combination of sound and meditation to finish.
