Nervous System Reset | 120-Minute Deep Rest, Recovery & Full Sound Bath

My final session of the year will be a 120-minute extended practice, created to take you even deeper. We’ll move slowly, breathe with intention, and then drop into a full-length, immersive sound bath designed to support profound rest and nervous system recovery.

Quartz crystal bowls work through vibration, and when played, they can shift the brain and body into states of rest you don’t normally reach in day-to-day life. The extended sound bath is the heart of this session, giving your system time to genuinely downshift, release stored tension, and reset.

We’ll finish with grounding meditation and stillness to help the body integrate the whole experience.
