Sound for Deep Rest
An invitation to slow down, settle into the breath, and experience the restorative power of sound and stillness.
We'll begin by settling into the breath, followed by a short guided meditation to help you arrive in the space. From there, you'll simply lie back as layers of sound and moments of stillness create an opportunity to slow down, switch off, and restore.
No experience needed.
Whether you're feeling mentally full, physically tired, or simply want to end your working week with time for yourself, this session offers the space to pause, and rest completely before heading back into everyday life.
