yoga & soundbath
A seasonal experience: a longer, slower summer evening with gentle movement, sound, and time to fully switch off. Plus tea, something sweet, and space to stay.
We begin with gentle, yoga-style movement to release tension and prepare the body, before moving into an extended soundbath experience. Using sound to support the nervous system, this part of the evening invites deep rest and stillness.
After the soundbath, the space remains open. You’re welcome to stay, enjoy complimentary tea and something sweet, and take your time before heading home.
A calm, grounding evening in a peaceful countryside setting, created to help you feel lighter, softer, and more at ease. Limited spaces.

"Hi Katrina, beautiful class last night , I loved it! When you did the singing bowls I saw various colours in my third eye such as violet and green, then yellow and I felt at one point like I was floating out of my body. So good. I left quickly because I could feel some emotions rising that I wanted to release in private , so it definitely worked to bring me out of a cortisol induced state.
