THE DETAILS
Day 1: Friday | 18.00 - 19.30 (90 Minutes)
Kick off the weekend with a smooth, flowing vinyasa class that emphasises breath-movement connection. Suitable for all levels, this session will help you settle into your practice and set the tone for the days ahead. Expect a dynamic sequence aimed at building awareness, presence, and ease in your movements.

Day 2: Saturday | 13.00 - 16.30 (3.5 Hour Session)
Refining Fundamentals and Transitions: Begin with a gentle vinyasa warm-up, preparing the body for detailed exploration of foundational postures. We’ll break down key poses like Downward Dog, Warrior I & 2, Chaturanga and more, emphasising alignment and corrections. The second part of the session will focus on transitions—learning to move smoothly between poses, with special attention to body mechanics and flow. The day will close with strengthening exercises for core and shoulders, essential for maintaining proper form and balance.

Day 3: Sunday | 13.00 - 16.00 (3 Hour Session)
Balance, Strength, and Flow Integration: The final day will focus on balancing poses and techniques to enhance stability, including poses like Tree Pose and Half Moon. You’ll explore balance through your feet and core engagement, working individually and in pairs for feedback and support. The session will close with a mindful flow, integrating everything learned over the weekend, followed by a long relaxation and guided meditation with sound to seal the practice.
