Her classes focus on alignment, awareness, and the connection of breath and movement in a dynamic practice that builds strength, flexibility and improves mental clarity. The styles she teaches include: Vinyasa, body opening, meditation, and strength & conditioning.
MARIE KEUTLER
Marie’s passion for movement began with gymnastics and dance, laying the foundation for her path as a yoga instructor. She believes yoga goes beyond physical postures, offering a deeper connection with yourself. In her classes, Marie combines dynamic Vinyasa flows and yin with insights from psychotherapy, guiding you toward a happier, healthier self.
