VALENTINE'S DAY SOUNDBATH | BARNHAM BROOM, NORWICH
A Class for self love & deep rest
This Valentine’s sound bath is an invitation to slow down and give something back to yourself. Whether you’re single, in a relationship, or somewhere in between, this session is about self-love in its simplest form: rest, presence, and care for the body.
We’ll begin with gentle movement, deep stretches, and breath to help the body soften and unwind. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness and a full live sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other instruments. Sound works through vibration, moving through the body to support deep relaxation and release.
The experience is slow, grounding, and spacious. There is nothing to achieve, just time to rest, receive, and let go.
We’ll close the session with herbal tea and space to gently land before heading home.




This session is hosted and held by Katrina, with live sound provided by Lumina Wellness, using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound instruments to support deep rest and relaxation.

WHY IT WORKS:
Sound works beyond words. The vibrations and frequencies created by the instruments move through the body, supporting relaxation and helping the system soften without effort. Many people experience a sense of calm, vivid colours, dreams, emotional release, or deep rest.

Includes: movement, sound bath, and herbal tea
WHAT TO BRING:
Think of this class as a chance to fully switch off, so bring anything that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease.

A yoga mat if you have one (we have some at the studio too)

A blanket to stay warm & cosy

Warm socks and an extra layer or hoodie

A pillow or cushion for under your head or knees (especially if lying down for longer periods feels uncomfortable)

An eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes during the sound bath (optional, but lovely)

A bolster cushion for extra support
Make yourself at home; this space is for you to rest. The more comfortable you are, the more your body can let go.
