A DAY RETREAT FOR STRENGTH, STILLNESS & SPACE

We're back together! And we’re hosting yoga day retreat in Norfolk. This a full day designed to challenge, support, and restore you.

Step out of your routine and into a space where you can move, slow down, and feel part of something.

This retreat blends rocket, strength work, and handstand training with moments of rest, integration, and stillness. Expect a balance of energy and softness, with a nourishing lunch and time throughout the day to pause, connect, or simply be.

You’ll move through strong, guided practices, explore optional workshops, and close with a deeply calming nervous system reset & soundbath to bring everything together.

Come alone or come with someone.
This is a day to feel supported, connected, and part of our community.

THE VENUE

The retreat is set in a beautiful, family-run farmhouse dating back to the 1300s, nestled in the English countryside and surrounded by open fields.

The space feels incredibly calm and peaceful, with nothing but nature around you. You’re free to explore the grounds, wander between the prehistoric ponds, or even meet the alpacas, llamas, sheep, and chickens that call it home.

Quiet, spacious, grounding, and less than 30 minutes from Norwich.

Katrina devised a wonderful weekend of yoga with carefully thought-out sessions. Each had a strong focus on the technique and biomechanics of key poses and transitions to help improve practice.
Her explanations were clear and precise as she demonstrated poses and movements. She’s is very observant so there was always a helpful flow of reminders during the sessions.
Her gentle and open style of teaching encourages questions - I am sure everyone left the course with clear ideas of how to progress.
